Quality Control Technician

We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to support routine inspection, testing, sample management, documentation, equipment maintenance, and GMP compliance activities within a quality control environment.

• Perform routine inspections and testing of finished goods and components according to established procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct physical inspections, physicochemical analyses, and functionality testing using specialized laboratory/testing equipment.
• Accurately document inspection and test results in databases, laboratory records, reports, and inspection plans.
• Maintain complete and accurate QC documentation and ensure records are readily available for review.
• Assist with routine maintenance, calibration, and verification of laboratory and testing equipment.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is functioning properly and meets required quality and calibration standards.
• Collect, label, identify, store, and manage samples according to established procedures.
• Maintain sample inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of expired or outdated samples.
• Follow all applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and promptly report deviations, non-conformances, and testing issues to the appropriate QC personnel.

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, laboratory testing, inspection, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory inspection and testing procedures.
• Ability to accurately follow SOPs, specifications, work instructions, and GMP requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Ability to operate and maintain laboratory/testing equipment.
• Good documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate deviations or non-conformances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing/QC environment.
• Ability to handle samples, laboratory materials, and physical QC tasks as required.
