Senior Scientist, Discovery Research

Responsibilities:

• Research and propose target and indication selection, and lead project initiation
• Design, develop and optimize in vitro immune cell functional assays
• Develop and evaluate genetically engineered primary T cells
• Potential to supervise and lead a team of 1–2 research technicians
• Collaborate cross-functionally within internal multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating lead isolation, generation and screening activities
• Manage project progress and timelines, and provide regular updates toward specific project objectives

• Ph.D. in Immunology or Molecular Biology
• Strong hands‑on laboratory skills
• Experience with immune cell model systems, in vitro assay development and drug candidate validation
• Demonstrated initiative in troubleshooting experiments and developing new methods and techniques
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills; enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced environment of rigorous science and innovative thinking
• Highly organized and self‑driven in goal setting and execution
• Strong publication record or equivalent achievements in industry
