Coordinates day-to-day kitchen operations following Chef assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation, reporting progress daily.;
Leads a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily.;
Performs daily uniform checks and assists Chefs in maintaining standards.;
Ensures staff follow portion sizes, quality standards, and policies in food preparation.;
Maintains HACCP standards, sanitation, and cleanliness of kitchen, walk-in coolers, storage, and equipment; reports issues to Chefs.
