AAQ - Photo Team Member

As a Photo Team Member, you’ll specialize in capturing and selling souvenir photographs, offering a fast-paced, high-energy experience. Candidates must have full weekend availability.

• Greet guests and encourage participation in souvenir photo opportunities
• Utilize photography equipment, technology, and techniques to capture professionalquality photos
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional guest serviceat all times
• Perform all functions of the photography point-of-sale (POS) system and register operations
• Assist guests with product and photo package inquiries
• Efficiently process credit card, debit card, and mobile payment transactions
• Ensureaccurateandappropriate useof photography, retail, and POS systems technology
• Verify electronic payment authorizations and process digital returns as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policiesregardingpayment processing, data security, and handling of customer payment information
• Assist with gift shop operations including stocking merchandise, organizing displays, replenishing product, completingreshops, andmaintainingcleanliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department, including personal work areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma,preferred but not required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• 6 months – 1-year customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, outgoing, and proactive individual
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Allergies related to animals or plants, which might interfere with the ability to work, must be controlled by medications or protective equipment.
• Ability to remain on feet forlong periodsof time, climb stairs,bendand stoop, walk long distances
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds
