POSITION OVERVIEWThe Coordinator, Partnership Solutions is responsible for the creation and development of turnkey and customized cross‑platform partnership programs that support revenue generation and partner retention for the Philadelphia 76ers and ancillary associated properties. The Coordinator will work closely with the heads of Corporate and Marketing Partnerships to help define the strategic sales plan, becoming the project lead and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders—including marketing, community, digital, social and content groups—to build partnership platforms for prospective partners (new business) and current partners (upsells and renewals).
Duties also include game‑night hospitality responsibilities and the development of sales concepts with tactical and technical expertise in the sales process.
- Drive revenue and co‑lead the sales process for new business and renewals/upsells
- Liaise with sales and account management teams to understand partner/prospect objectives by participating in needs analysis, sales meetings and activation renewal discussions as needed
- Organize and participate in multi‑functional brainstorming sessions to develop fully integrated marketing platforms, new inventory and sellable platforms for sales pitches and client renewals/upsells
- Conduct category and prospect research to identify sales opportunities and key insights
- Proactively identify new assets and build creative turnkey platforms to generate new revenue opportunities, becoming intimately familiar with designations and promotional rights
- Ensure concepts can be efficiently activated by working closely with Activation, Marketing, Content and other appropriate departments
- Project lead responsibilities include sales deck creation, deal memo and P&L for all new business and renewal/upsell opportunities
- Manage available inventory, track sold inventory, deadlines, property assets and designations
- Collaborate with account management to develop case studies for partner presentations illustrating successful partnership stories
- Assist with game‑night hospitality experience (including escorting VIPs and Corporate Partners, assisting with Banner Lounge and game‑day partner events, gifting, etc.)
- Manage and procure all requests for in‑arena giveaways
- Serve as lead point of contact for all item vendors (Coyote Promotions, BDA, Rush Order Tees , American Marketing, Something Inked, etc.)
