Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Region

Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute the sales strategy for the Northeast Region.

Responsibilities
  • Create, articulate, and drive the sales strategy for the Northeast sales team.
  • Leverage understanding of the local business environment to support development of the sales strategy.
  • Maintain senior relationships with top accounts.
  • Make joint sales calls with sales representatives and channel managers.
  • Ensure optimal activity and account management to understand customers and their needs.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
  • Drive campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.
Qualifications
  • Established track record in outside field sales with consistent performance through direct, face‑to‑face customer engagement.
  • Experience coaching and developing sales teams while working alongside them in real customer environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical ability to research, analyze data, and identify trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Adaptability, innovation, and problem‑solving skills, including ability to develop supply‑chain solutions.
  • Team‑player mentality with willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
  • Travel within the Northeast Region up to 40%.
