The Client Partner will drive strategic growth within its Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) business, with a primary focus on Healthcare Payer organizations
. This leadership role is responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Persistent as a trusted strategic partner across digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and product engineering initiatives.
- Build, manage, and grow executive-level relationships with strategic Healthcare Payer clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Business Heads, Digital Leaders, Technology Executives, and Transformation stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities for business expansion and long-term value creation.
- Drive account mining initiatives and establish multi-year growth roadmaps aligned with client priorities.
- Own revenue, profitability, and overall P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across:
Digital Engineering, Cloud Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI / GenAI Solutions, Platform Modernization, Enterprise Applications - Lead large-scale transformation programs involving digital platforms, intelligent automation, data-driven healthcare operations, and regulatory modernization.
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing client portfolios through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Stay ahead of emerging Healthcare Payer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Provide thought leadership around:
- Digital Health Transformation
- AI/ML and Generative AI in Healthcare
- Cloud-Native Healthcare Platforms
- Regulatory Compliance & Automation
- Member Experience Transformation
Represent Persistent at industry forums, conferences, client events, and executive discussions.
Key Skills & Experience- 15+ years of experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, Consulting, or Technology Services
- Strong experience managing and growing Healthcare Payer accounts in North America.
- Demonstrated success in:
Strategic account management, Revenue growth and P&L ownership, Large deal pursuit and closure, New logo acquisition and account expansion - Deep understanding of Healthcare Payer business models, operations, and technology ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working within a global delivery and matrixed organizational environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
