We are seeking a growth-oriented commercial leader to manage and expand our flagship Life Sciences portfolio. You will own the P&L ($10M–$50M range) for key pharmaceutical accounts, driving net-new growth through proactive opportunity development rather than passive renewals. You will act as a trusted advisor to VP and SVP executives, bridging the gap between business strategy, regulatory constraints, and complex marketing technology.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio P&L Ownership
    :
    Manage and scale a $10M–$50M client portfolio with full accountability for revenue, margin, and organic growth
  • Proactive Account Expansion
    :
    Identify, shape, and close new digital transformation opportunities without relying on structured sales processes
  • Executive Relationship Management
    :
    Build deep, trusted partnerships with VP and SVP-level executives across Marketing, IT, Procurement, and Legal
  • Strategic Advisory
    :
    Guide clients through first-party data strategies, CDP implementation, omnichannel marketing, and AI/ML personalization
Qualifications
  • Experience
    : 10–15 years in client-facing roles within digital consulting, IT services, or marketing technology
  • Industry Domain
    : 5+ years working with pharmaceutical/life sciences clients, with deep knowledge of commercial operations, HCP engagement, and DTC marketing (commercial focus, not R&D/clinical)
  • Technical Fluency
    :
    Credible working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP) and Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud) to engage effectively with technical architects
  • Leadership Style
    :
    Self-directed, highly structured communicator who excels in navigating complex, matrixed buying units
