Head of Business Development | Mn Credit Fund

A growing investment management firm with approximately $500 million in assets under management is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic growth initiatives across its public credit and fixed income platform.

• Develop and execute the firm's business development and capital-raising strategy.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, wealth managers, and investment consultants.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective investors and strategic partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Work closely with senior leadership and investment professionals to support the firm's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, fundraising, institutional sales, or investor relations within asset management.
• A proven track record of raising assets for public credit, fixed income, or alternative investment strategies.
• Established relationships across institutional, intermediary, and wealth management channels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• A bachelor's degree, with CFA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications considered advantageous.
