This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Somerset, NJ. The Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote Nurpet Packaging’s food-grade PET products to clients in relevant markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling, conducting product presentations, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery, monitoring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The Sales Representative will regularly analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with leadership to support sales strategies and revenue growth.

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities, with experience in building trust and providing ongoing account support.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office software to track sales activities and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of packaging, manufacturing, or food-related industries is preferred; experience with PET packaging is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Somerset, NJ, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer priorities.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all customer and internal interactions.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience considered.
