Security Officer - Corporate Reception Desk

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, issuing temporary visitor passes and/or badges as required, and notifying the appropriate contact for arrivals;
Monitor access points and lobby activity through observation and available systems, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document events according to site and Allied Universal reporting requirements;
Answer and route incoming calls, maintain sign-in logs and required documentation, and coordinate with onsite personnel for deliveries, contractors, and scheduled appointments
