Security Officer Guest Services Associate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.;
Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, following sign-in procedures, issuing visitor badges, and communicating with appropriate staff regarding arrivals and/or deliveries.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and reporting concerns according to site protocols.;
Answer phones, assist with directions, and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or other suspicious activity through attentive presence and observation.;
Complete required logs, reports, and other records related to daily activity, visitor management, and security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and site expectations.
