• Perform fixed post duties as required.
• Patrol buildings and grounds, taking necessary action to prevent fire, theft and vandalism of Rowan University Camden Campus property, ensuring safe and orderly conditions.
• Prepare and submit reports when required.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities according to department standards.
• Understand and adhere to Rowan University Police Department compliance standards as they appear in the department’s Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent and will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than the employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position. Candidates must pass a police background investigation.

• In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is IFPTE:
  Range 13, Step 1 $ 45,874.31.
