Data Center Security Officer

Security Officer/Guard

Wage: $18.50 per hour. Positions are available for both full and part time schedules.

Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills, pass a drug screen and background check, and meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards. No prior experience required; experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Security officers/guards observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, providing security and safety for client property and personnel. They frequently sit, stand, walk, and patrol a variety of locations, including climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain. They provide customer service and information to employees and customers. They enforce regulations and directives relating to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Physical requirements:

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and patrolling in various conditions. May involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. May require frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
