• Do a full installation of heating and air conditioning systems, central HVAC systems and ductless systems – whole house generators a plus!
• Load equipment in and out of trucks.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• MUST have previous experience in the HVAC field – we are looking for a MECHANIC that can complete an installation, start to finish, with a helper.
• HVAC Mechanic Requirements – Residential.
• 5–7 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Experience removing old systems and installing new systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Knowledge of current HVAC codes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Measure and install ductwork.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
• Must be willing to work overtime if a job requires it for completion.
