Job Description About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.
What You'll Be Doing Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently.
Replaces or repairs faulty electrical components of machinery, such as relays, motors, switches, sensors. Troubleshoot equipment including VFD, multilin. Rewires motors.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
What Are We Looking For Industrial Electrician experience required; 5 years overall electrician experience required.
Certification as an Industrial Electrician; or equivalent combination of education and training required.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry in practical situations.
System knowledge of HMI and PLC control systems. Rockwell/Allen Bradley experience preferred
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, elevated noise level and working extended hours as needed.
What We Offer $36.00 to $42.00 per hour.
