Conifer Realty in Camden, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician for affordable housing communities. Salary $22.00-$24.00 per hour, full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with on-call rotation.
A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid over the first year. You will perform routine maintenance, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and related tasks; assist with groundskeeping; respond to work orders with urgency; and support leasing efforts when needed.
