Built on a reputation for quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, we've recently expanded our operations to include a mobile detailing division — bringing our premium services directly to our clients. We're growing, and we want experienced professionals to grow with us.
Position:
Experienced Auto Detailer (Full-Time)
What You'll Do:
- Perform thorough interior detailing including vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather conditioning, stain removal, and odor treatment
- Execute full exterior detailing including hand washing, clay bar treatment, waxing, and paint protection
- Operate buffing and polishing equipment to correct paint imperfections and restore vehicle shine
- Conduct ceramic coating prep and application as needed
- Represent Gus & Bucky's professionally at both our fixed location and mobile job sites throughout Somerset County
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with customers regarding service details and recommendations
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional auto detailing experience
- Proficiency in interior and exterior detailing techniques
- Hands-on experience with buffing, polishing, and paint correction
- Familiarity with detailing products, compounds, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on mobile jobs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for mobile division)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
