Renuity seeks an experienced 1099 Master Plumber to lead residential plumbing scopes on bath, window, door, and related home remodeling projects. In this role, you'll handle rough-in and finish work, diagnose and repair issues, and ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and pass inspection. You'll coordinate closely with project managers and installers to keep jobs on schedule while maintaining clean, safe worksites.
As a customer-focused professional, you'll clearly explain work to homeowners and uphold Renuity's high standards for quality, reliability, and service on every project in a fast-growing, national remodel brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations for bath, window, door, and related remodeling projects
- Diagnose, repair, and replace piping, fixtures, valves, and related systems to code
- Interpret plans and specs to plan material needs and layout rough-in and finish work
- Ensure work meets local code requirements, safety standards, and inspection approvals
- Coordinate with project managers and installers to maintain schedule and quality
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain scope, options, and maintenance
- Complete work orders, documentation, and photos using company systems
- Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness and safety
- Train or mentor junior plumbers or helpers as assigned
- Represent Renuity's customer-focused, professional culture on every job
