Summary
Performs pro-active maintenance, repairs and inspections to facility and equipment in assigned areas. Establishes programs based on determined needs in accordance with department quality standards.
EducationHigh School Grad/GED required. Technical School preferred.
Licensure/Certification /Registration RequiredBlue Seal (if hired as Boiler Operator)
Trade License (plumber, electrician, HVAC, carpenter) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required- Good communication skills
- Good physical coordination and dexterity
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to think clearly and make prudent decisions in emergency situations
$34.75 - $37.62 Hourly
