In this role, you will connect clients with stable housing options, build partnerships with landlords and housing providers, and support long-term housing success. You’ll serve as a vital bridge between clients and the housing market—reducing recidivism and helping our communities grow stronger, one placement at a time.

What

You’ll Do

  • Identify affordable housing opportunities and match clients based on individual needs
  • Support dispute resolution between clients and landlords; coordinate relocations if necessary
  • Assist clients and case managers in overcoming housing barriers
  • Coordinate with social service agencies and county resources to secure placements
  • Follow up post-placement to support housing retention and client success
  • Collect data and maintain accurate, confidential records of housing activities
  • Participate in community outreach and planning with civic and housing groups
  • Stay current with housing trends and best practices through trainings and workshops
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or human services
  • Knowledge of affordable housing systems and homeless populations preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and follow-up abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Bilingual fluency is a plus
