Job Title: Social Worker
Location: Camden County, NJ (based in Cherry Hill, NJ)
Type: Direct Hire
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35‑hour work week, salaried position). May require flexing schedule to meet with case load as needed.
Compensation: Salary for Clinician is $60k/annually;
Salary for Supervisor role is $72k/annually

For the past 20 years, our nationally recognized nonprofit youth services organization has been providing grassroot programming for those most vulnerable in our society. This non‑profit was recently awarded substantial long‑term funding dedicated to launching a drug and alcohol substance abuse in‑home recovery program with a special focus on assuring the children and young adults in the home receive access and connections to community programs and other resources to help overcome challenges, barriers and hindrances from achieve more successful outcomes in their lives while also overseeing and meeting the treatment plan infinitives for the parent/adults residing in the home.
Responsibilities- Actively maintains a caseload of 6 families and visits home 3 times per week to carry out treatment plan initiatives and connect children and young adults to other programs.
- Uses company vehicle when available to transport clients and/or children to appointments, sessions or other program initiatives.
- Maintains detailed case notes and accurate filing.
- Maintains regular communication with caseload, parents, and supervisor, etc.
- Meticulously documents events, activities and caseload notes as needed.
- Works closely with other designated staff with those receiving any medication.
- Master's of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or similarly related study from an accredited US college or university.
- Licensed candidates with Master's degree will only be considered (LCSW, LSW, LPC or LCADC).
- At least six months working at another social service‑related program or non‑profit organization, prefer minimum of one year related working experience such as in the field of mental health, psychology, sociology, addiction, self‑wellness/health, any other social science field, etc.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Excellent computer and organization skills a must.
- Non‑complainer, go‑getter personality. "Get it done" attitude!
- Must read, write and speak fluent English. Spanish a plus, but not required.
