Eligible for a $250 sign‑on bonus upon hiring.

Mandatory residential counselor for the Juntos Program mandated to provide direct counseling services and support to children and teens living in the program.

• Engages in caring supervision and structure for youth in residence consistent with established goals.
• Provides life‑skills education and goal‑setting groups.
• Co‑leads recreation and physical‑education activities during shifts.
• Offers one‑to‑one assistance and encourages youth participation.
• Provides transportation to and from appointments.
• Serves as a positive role model.

• High School Diploma plus at least one year of experience working with youth.
• Excellent written documentation and data‑entry skills.
• Proficiency in contributing to a detailed electronic health record and related systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (conversational Spanish required; fluent preferred).
• Current driver’s license with a good record of at least three years.
• Own vehicle with current insurance and registration.
