Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living, skill-building, and community participation through NJ DDD programs.
Care Team Full-time / Part-time Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties Varies by individual support plan

What you'll do- Support daily living skills and personal routines
- Encourage community participation and engagement
- Follow person-centered plans and document progress
- Coordinate respectfully with support coordinators and families
- Patience, respect, and a person-centered approach
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license required for this role
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Familiarity with NJ DDD services
Hours follow each individual’s support plan and may include daytime, evening, or weekend support.
Screening requirementsThe following are completed for this role before onboarding.
