Qlik Sense Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Qlik Sense Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade business intelligence and analytics solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to deliver scalable dashboards, reports, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Experience with Qlik Sense development.
• Experience with Qlik NPrinting development
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of banking, financial services, or enterprise reporting environments.
• Certification in Qlik Sense Business Analyst or Data Architect.

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop, maintain, and support Qlik NPrinting reports, including report scheduling, distribution, and administration.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, ETL scripts, and data integration processes.
• Create reusable QVD layers and implement best practices for performance optimization.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Implement security models, section access, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Support production deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6–8 years of BI/Analytics experience with at least 3+ years of hands‑on Qlik Sense development.
• Hands‑on experience with Qlik NPrinting development and administration in enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience in enterprise reporting, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
