• Assist patients and residents with transportation to and from medical appointments, treatment facilities, and social activities
• Operate company-approved vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, mileage, and patient needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transportation transitions
• Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and residents during transportation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address transportation challenges
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Minimum years of experience: 0

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent patient contact
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
