This is a full-time, on-site CDL B Truck Driver role based in Phillipsburg, NJ. The CDL B Truck Driver will safely operate company vehicles to transport waste material from customer locations, following all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading materials, securing cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The driver will interact with customers professionally and ensure timely service.

The role also involves keeping vehicles clean and in good working order, reporting maintenance needs, and collaborating with dispatch and operations teams to support efficient operations.

• Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Experience with safe vehicle operation, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and basic truck maintenance awareness.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading, lifting moderate weights, and safely handling containers.
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous communication and professional behavior at customer sites.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail in paperwork and log-keeping, and ability to follow routes and schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior commercial driving or local delivery experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies; ability to work on-site in Bethlehem, PA.
