As a Physical Therapist at Pro Motion, you will lead patient-centered outpatient care through comprehensive evaluations, individualized plan-of-care development, and skilled clinical decision-making. You will restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience while empowering patients to sustain meaningful lifestyle change.

We recognize that many exceptional PTs balance professional growth with family responsibilities or other personal priorities. Our flexible scheduling options are designed to support real life while maintaining strong patient access and continuity of care.

• Consistent weekly schedule
• Minimum commitment: 2 days per week
• Minimum hours: 8 hours per week
• Maximum hours:
  Up to 29 hours per week

• Caregivers balancing family or household responsibilities
• Experienced PTs seeking sustained clinical impact with reduced hours
• PTs pursuing work-life balance while maintaining patient relationships
• Professionals blending outpatient practice with other clinical, academic, or community pursuits

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized POC's
• Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions
• Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
• Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
• Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful POC completion

• Optimize scheduling to maintain strong patient access and continuity
• Support high arrival rates and plan-of-care completion
• Collaborate with PTAs and team members to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Promote transition to wellness, fitness, and performance services when appropriate
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation

• Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and clinical development
• Support PTAs, students, and newer clinicians through collaboration and coaching
• Engage in ongoing professional development and specialization pathways
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and growth-oriented culture

• Attend at least 2 community events annually (5
  
  Ks, school events, etc.)
• Advocate for the value of physical therapy within the communities we serve
• Build referral relationships through professionalism and clinical excellence

• Net Promoter Score (NPS): ≥ 90
• Visits per Hour: ≥ 1.333
• Typical Schedule:
  
  8-9 patients scheduled in a 5-hour day resulting in target of 7 patients seen

• Believe deeply in the transformative power of physical therapy
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately
• Organized and detail-oriented in a dynamic clinical environment
• Balance empathy, creativity, and fun with strong clinical reasoning

• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or upcoming graduate eligible for licensure) in South Carolina
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
• Ability to remain active, standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day
