Job Description
Provides direct line management and leadership for all patient care areas. Ensures proper standards are followed for practice and provides interface between the support services and clinical services. Facilitates care delivery system development and operation, including but not limited to staffing and professional delivery of services. Manages daily operations of clinical and clerical employees, including staffing schedules, while maintaining an efficient and professional work atmosphere.
Develops and sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimal patient care to meet overall organizational goals.
Minimum
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma and three years experience or training within specific work area; or an Associate's degree with one year of experience; or a Bachelor's degree and six months experience. Experience in a medical capacity preferred.
