Hospice Marketing Associate - Onsite

Job Description Summary

Liaison between Home Care and physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facility administrators and other referral sources in the community.

• Provide education to referral sources and the public concerning Home Care's scope of services and the appropriate Medicare and Medicaid benefits for these services.
• Promote Home Care services to physicians, other referral sources, and consumers; attend health fairs, community events, educational programs and other events to promote MUSC Home Health/Hospice services.
• Assist in the admissions process by presenting services and helping the family/caregivers with admission paperwork.
• Liaison between the KH Home Care billing team and the physician offices.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
• Work Experience:
  
  4-6 years.
