This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Camden, SC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapies, and monitor progress to help patients recover function, mobility, and overall quality of life. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will guide patients in therapeutic exercises, provide education on home care routines, and document patient progress accurately.

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and practices
• Strong foundation in Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Expertise in providing patient care, including assessment and therapeutic interventions
• Experience in Home Care and developing patient-specific care plans
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Degree in physical therapy as well as a South Carolina physical therapy license is required
