Position: Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,814 per week

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Three shifts per week (3x12s) with holidays as needed

• 15-week assignment duration

• Every other weekend requirement

• No on-call responsibilities

• Patient ratio of 1:6

• Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units

• 2+ years of Med Surg experience required

• First-time travelers accepted

• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS

• IV start skills required

• Telemetry and cardiac drip management experience preferred

• Must wear royal blue scrubs

• Epic charting system

• 12 hours of orientation provided

• Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

• Care for adults and geriatric patients with general Med/Surg conditions

• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)

Facility:

This acute care hospital features 119 total staffed beds with a 54-bed medical-surgical unit that maintains a daily census of approximately 24 patients. The facility utilizes modern Epic charting systems and provides comprehensive medical-surgical care for adult and geriatric populations. The organization offers free parking and maintains high standards of patient care with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and comprehensive orientation programs for new staff.
