What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the development and implementation of a Global Belonging Council, contributing to governance and ongoing operations
  • Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform the evolution of the Culture & Belonging strategy
  • Analyze and interpret people and program data to identify trends and insights that inform strategy
  • Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, and partnerships that enhance the Global Culture & Belonging presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, organizational culture, or related fields
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
  • Basic understanding of global compliance and employment laws
  • Ability to analyze and draw insights from people data related to representation and retention
