Emergency Room Registered Nurses provide care for patients requiring urgent attention and must recognize and treat life‑threatening conditions.

• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues to manage a wide range of conditions.
• Use triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required for some positions.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
• Other client‑facility requirements as determined.
