Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Camden, SC

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Onsite

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients in an acute care operating room setting
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekday call coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM as assigned per rotation schedule
• Work every approximately 4th weekend with weekday coverage as determined by staffing needs
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs, including like units as required
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system

• Minimum of 4 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed
• Willingness to be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an OR setting

• Work in a well-equipped acute care hospital environment with surgical scrubs provided and free parking on-site
• First-time travelers are welcome, offering a supportive environment for those beginning their travel nursing career
