Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid SC Driver's License
• Physically able to lift 75 pounds
• Able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders
• Able to work in adverse conditions including heat, cold, dust, and wet conditions
• Able to operate a computer

Job Responsibilities
:

• Coordinate Fire Marshallinspectionswith state Fire Marshall. Conductresolutionwalkthrough withkey administrationstaff and maintenance stafffor any/allviolations noted.
• Maintain/repairfire alarm systems.
• Schedule firealarm annualinspectionandrepair deficiencies as noted
  
  Maintain/repair and install security systems.
• Maintain/repair intercomsystems.
• Install/maintain/repair sound systems for football,baseball, softballfields andmulti-purpose rooms.
• Maintain/repairscoreboards for football,basketball, baseball, andsoftballfields.
• Schedulefiresprinkler and fire pumps annual inspections and repairdeficiencies asnoted.
• Maintain/repair/installbuscamera systems.
• Maintain/repair analogcamera systemsalso adjustandmoveIPcameras
  
  Maintain/repair access control system.
• Repair computeroutlets and installation ofnewoutlets.
• Maintain/repair/installphone lines for fax machines and dialerfor firealarm systems.
• Install/maintain/repair security doors andfire doors.
• Assist electricians asneeded.
