This full-time, five-day-a-week position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success and emotional well-being.

Your expertise in assessment, intervention, and consultation will support the diverse needs of young learners, while your knowledge of best practices in school psychology will help shape a positive educational environment. Qualifications & Desired

Skills:
  • Valid South Carolina School Psychologist Certification required
  • Prior experience providing psychological services in elementary school settings is preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting psycho educational assessments and interpreting results
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions and supports
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all students
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Develop and implement targeted intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and staff
  • Participate in problem-solving team meetings, IEP development, and student support planning
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
  • Offer consultation and training to school personnel on mental health and behavior management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
