Role summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Do you enjoy shopping? Online order fillers and delivery associates get to do just that every day. They shop for our customers and choose the right items, shop in all departments, fill their online orders, dispense orders to customers, and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays.

You may also help in‑store customers while filling online orders.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
