The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of heavy industrial experience and hold either NCCCO Rigger Level 1 or NCCER Rigging Intermediate certification. Responsibilities include safely using advanced rigging procedures and equipment, selecting appropriate lifting devices, and assisting with lift plans. The role requires physical capability to lift heavy items, climb, and work in varying temperatures.
