Our client, a leader in distribution and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics support team, contributing to efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Cameron, MO
Pay Range: $21.11/hour (1st Shift), $21.86/hour (2nd Shift)
Shift:
1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (potential for overtime, including occasional Saturdays)
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (potential for overtime, including occasional Saturdays)
What's the Job?
Perform outbound and inbound responsibilities on a repetitive basis to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Select, lift, and move parts of varying sizes and weights up to 50 pounds from different heights and locations
Operate mobile equipment and obtain parts from higher-level racking locations requiring good depth perception, agility, and balance
Match order details with packaging and ensure accurate order fulfillment using barcode scanning devices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sweeping and moving boxes and pallets
What's Needed?
1-2 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
Willingness to undergo training for equipment operation
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
Stable work history with clear explanations for employment gaps, if any
