Farmers Home Furniture in Georgia is seeking a Collections Associate to locate, contact, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts. You will text, mail letters, and call customers to review terms and promote payment, while documenting all correspondence and posting payments to accounts.
You’ll also manage cash drawers, travel to customers’ locations when needed, and assist with paperwork for legal action as required by the Store Manager.
