As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Driver in Camilla, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and help to deter security-related incidents through a professional, visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and complete routine documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and receiving/shipping access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity, policy violations, and facility concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
