We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Generate and distribute invoices accurately and on time

✅ Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

✅ Research and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues

✅ Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate account records

✅ Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status

✅ Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes

Requirements

What We're Looking For

✔ Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or Accounting experience

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Comfortable working with numbers and financial data

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
