Own EHS Framework elements, proactively lead EHS audit team, and ensure audit findings and corrective actions are resolved;
Champion continuous improvement, apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive consensus on process improvements, and mentor others in Lean Six Sigma tools and applicability;
Lead daily production meetings at beginning of day, mid-day, and end of shift;
Develop long term plan to mitigate risks, improve on-time delivery, and expedite opportunities to meet customer demands;
Coordinate with the customer-facing teams to decide delivery priorities, allocate resources to execute production plans, and conduct long range labor plans
