You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, respond to alarms, and assist visitors and staff with professionalism. Use your customer service and communication skills while working with computer or tablet-based systems.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes, but is not limited to:

+ Navigating operating systems and software applications.

+ Utilizing email and communication tools effectively.

+ Performing basic troubleshooting for common technical issues.

+  
** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Candidates must possess prior customer service experience. This includes:

+ Engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

+ Demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):*
* + Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee and visitor access badges.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):*
* + Applicants should have experience operating alarm panels, including knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures. Familiarity with various alarm systems is preferred.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership.

+ Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with healthcare staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and daily activities.
