As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to alarms and access control needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Candidates must possess experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates must have a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorized access as directed, and providing courteous directions to patients and visitors.

+ Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
