Field Service Technician

Operate equipment and perform construction, maintenance, and repair on Quarry, Hot-Mix Asphalt, and Ready-Mix Concrete plants.

Repair, construct, weld, fabricate and install plant equipment.

Work diligently to meet production and repair schedules.

Comply with all NESL Safety Policies.

Assist in other areas of the plants as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide service for various PA and NY operations.

High School Diploma or GED.

2 years of experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.

Basic electrical skillset and mechanically inclined.

Knowledge, skills and ability necessary to form, pour and finish concrete foundations, walls, columns and slabs.

Welding and fabrication skills.

Knowledge, skills and ability to operate and use various types of mobile equipment and power tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.

Valid driver's license with good driving record for insurability.

Ability to travel to any NESL site and work as directed. May require occasional overnight hotel stays.
