CIPP Lining Supervisor
The CIPP Lining Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects utilizing Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technologies. This role leads field crews through all phases of installation, including site preparation, liner installation, curing, testing, quality control, and project closeout, while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily CIPP lining operations for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and utility rehabilitation projects.
- Coordinate project activities including mobilization, pipeline preparation, liner installation, curing, reinstatements, inspections, testing, and demobilization.
- Interpret construction drawings, utility maps, CCTV inspection reports, and project specifications.
- Operate and oversee specialized CIPP equipment, including inversion, UV, steam, and hot water curing systems.
- Ensure compliance with NASSCO standards, ASTM specifications, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Monitor installation quality, maintain project documentation, and verify completed work through inspections and testing.
- Lead, train, and mentor field crews while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field issues and maintain project schedules.
- Previous experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation crews.
- Strong knowledge of CIPP installation methods, trenchless technologies, and industry standards.
- Ability to read construction plans and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- NASSCO certifications and CDL are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Must possess a valid driver's license; CDL is preferred.
