Shipping Selector

Cargill is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Selector to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, stage, and verify customer orders, ensuring safe, timely shipment of food products. You'll use material handling equipment and RF scanning tools to manage inventory, follow strict safety and food-handling standards, and collaborate with production and logistics teams. Responsibilities

• Accurately select, stage, and prepare outbound shipments according to order specifications
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment safely
• Verify product quantities, codes, and quality before loading
• Follow all safety, food handling, and sanitation standards in the warehouse
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Coordinate with shipping, production, and quality teams to meet schedules
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5
• S/lean practices
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or equipment issues promptly
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets
• Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and training initiatives
