Boeing Aerospace Operations (BGS) seeks an Experienced C-32A and C-40B/C Field Service Representative to provide technical support and on-site representation at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. This role requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including short‑notice deployments, and relocation to meet customer needs. The position may involve 24‑hour operational duties and USDOD contingency deployments for specific contracts.

• Work independently in a demanding, on‑call, 24/7 operational environment.
• Use multi‑disciplined technical expertise to troubleshoot aircraft issues, determine causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain company and customer situational awareness and track issue resolution progress.
• Follow‑up regularly with customers to validate the effectiveness of recommendations.
• Assist customers in interpreting and using support data and technical documents.
• Provide guidance and consultation on a broad range of maintenance and operational issues.
• Develop and conduct ad‑hoc and on‑the‑job training on maintenance topics.
• Coordinate shipment, receipt, and repair of assets with Logistics Representatives.
• Research company and customer data to resolve chronic issues.
• Act as an on‑site liaison between the customer and Boeing for major issue resolution.
• Develop AOG action plans under guidance from Service Engineering and senior leadership.
• Travel to other U.S. and foreign operating locations to support maintenance demands.

• Current FAA certification as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation maintenance experience since obtaining the A&P license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting 737 or 757 aircraft since obtaining the A&P license.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts.
• Availability to be on‑site within two hours of an after‑hours call.
• Willingness for short‑notice deployment or travel as required by customers.
• Willingness to relocate to meet customer needs.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active within the past 24 months).

• Previous experience on PAG military aircraft such as C‑40 B/C, C‑32A, or VC‑25A.

Competitive base pay ranging from $91,800 to $124,200, plus variable compensation opportunities. Shift: 2nd shift. Employees must support multiple shifts.

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.
